In my search for a healthier lifestyle, I could not help a feeling of excitement when I discovered the so called Super Foods You Should Eat Everyday.

The fat in avocados is fat that our bodies need and will use immediately to stay healthy, and will not store it as body fat.

All of the berries are super foods. They have a great deal of antioxidants; they have a lot of fiber, and they are easy to incorporate into the diet, be it in cereals or in smoothies, or eaten as raw fruit dessert..

Beans

Beans of various kinds contain a lot of vitamins, a lot of proteins, a lot of fiber. Beans can be added to salads, stews and soups. They are very filling so they are great for weight control.

Nuts and Seeds

Nuts of every kind contain lots of fiber, protein and antioxidants. They are easily added to salads, desserts and are delicious to as raw snacks.

Leafy Green Vegetables

These include kale, spinach, lettuce, parsley, broccoli, asparagus and kale among others. Kale is considered to be the most nutritionally dense food there is. It contains iron and has great anti-inflammatory properties.
